Rumor has it improvements are coming to Cliff Castle Casino. They are beyond bad customer service, they are THIEVES and LIARS. They are stealing from travelers, relying on the fact, there is not much else out there. The robbed me and didn't think twice about it. They literally booked me into a motel that wasn't even at the same address. They did all of this deliberately to scam me out of more money. They then refused to refund my money, stating I was rude. We finally left after waiting for 2 hours for a reply. I called my agent and they tried to get ahold of the hotel for over two hours, with no answer. When I asked to speak to a manager, they refused and said I would need to take it up with my booking agent. They tried to get me to book a room there for double the rate I was quoted and expected me to cancel the reservation I already booked. My reservation was clearly for the casino, not the motel. I booked a room thru my employer, when I arrived they tried to book me into a room at their motel(not even the same address).
